Dandelions & Dreams

 

 

 

Never have I thought that I will one day have my own business.  Always the creative soul, cutting, pasting and dreaming away on rainy days - that was me and that was the world I wanted to be in.  In 2004 that was where I found myself, loving my Media studies at the University of the Free State.  The world was my oyster and I chose to teach English in China and returning to work in a well-known Hotel in Knysna for two years. I loved my job as I was allowed to express my creativity with Wedding functions, Birthday celebrations and High tea parties.  Even though I was happy, I needed something better, something richer, that something to soothe the late Sunday afternoon sweet tooth - and there it was - the Industry of Somotology.

 

Off to Cape Town I went to take part, and to be frank, do the hardest and most challenging studies I have ever encountered.  Long days, sleepless nights, a few tears and absolutely feeling hopeless at times - I found my niché. Yes, I have found my passion in my life, the one thing to fulfill my sweet, sour and spicy taste buds - I have found my dream career.

 

And here I am, opening my dream business to live out my passion for the beauty industry and to create awareness about Skin & Body.  Rest assured that you will not only leave feeling pampered, but inspired in your own life.
